Re: First time loading....
Which bullet did you use? Be very careful when using someone else's max load. There could be variances in the scales or in manufacturing of the powders or gun which could have severe impact on what happens. My general rule of thumb is to start .5gr below max & work up. I was using someone else's max...

Re: No love here for the RUGER 57?
4 posts for 1 gun & half are criticizing the lack of posts about the Ruger model? Sorry but this is the FiveseveNForum after all and the FNH kind have been around longer so it makes sense that there would be more posts about the FsN than another brand. I still haven't even seen a Ruger 57 in a store...

Re: New Diamondback DBX57 pistol
Because most of us have a FsN & multiple mags for it already so we don't have to buy additional mags for a new gun.
Less money for accessories means more money for ammo.

Re: AR-15 Rifles For Home Defense
And why you would even join this forum and make this your first ignorant ass post is too troll us or get your first post approved and then go back and add a bunch of BS marketing links to your post. Probably the latter. Did a search & his IP came back as a spammer for customizing ar15s. In fact, on...

Re: Which firearm is best for home defense?
Merged with another thread of same subject. My previous post in this thread was short because I thought we had a thread on this subject already, was going to do a search & link to that one but it's not coming up without more digging. So we'll just start over Firstly, there is no one gun that is best...

Re: Which firearm is best for home defense?
As this is the FiveseveN forum, I'd recommend a FiveseveN or PS90
It really depends on your situation/circumstances but IMO, a shotgun is best for home defense. Smaller chance of missing, using shot limits over -penetration (slugs will probably over-penetrate tho).

Re: New FN five-seven private purchase
I haven't heard of it but I also don't keep up on all the latest methods to transfer money. You would probably better off doing a google search for cashapp reviews, you'd have a wider base from which to draw conclusions.

Re: Five-seveN mark II cycling issue
How do you prevent lacquer buildup in the chamber? Will normal gun cleaning - ie, Hope’s No. 9 remove the lacquer? Hoppe's 9 doesn't work on lacquer & you can't prevent it since it's on the shell casings. Use carb cleaner but do not get any of it on the polymer ! Pull the barrel out like you usuall...
